Seriously? You're excited about a measly $4000 in your pocket? Those are crumbs, man. Crumbs!!!

ETA: I just did some research and discovered that the new tax law will save me nearly $7000. I am a sole proprietor, so I get the 20 percent reduction in taxable income (sorry, not an OT baller making over $315K) plus I keep most of my normal business expense deductions.

Showed it to my wife (the bleeding heart lib), and she's not buying it. She heard on NPR, after all, that the rich are getting richer and folks like us will pay more.

That $7000 is just on my taxes. Her first paycheck will arrive tomorrow. Can't wait to see what the change is. It just might make my wife go MAGA. LOL
