re: What do you think about when you try to fall asleep?

I can't sleep alone without TV or noise in the background. I sleep pretty well with my GF beside me. My ADD fricks me up when alone. If I start thinking of something it trails off into a cataclysm of random thoughts. Won't sleep for hours. Stay in the half asleep, half awake state basically.
