Of course, in most situations the HC has some actual experience as a coordinator from which he derives his input into the game plan, but "The Search" didn't concern himself with such minor details when he made the hire.

Don't know why people can't understand this.

All coaches make demands and suggestions but I don't think very many of them actually will change their OC's offense.

This is what Canada said when he was hired.

Whatever influence Narduzzi had over Canada's offense, it appears to have stopped short of changing his offense like Orgeron did.
