Good catch. It does look a lot like some sort of proprietary computer file system (probably something like the government would use).

I noticed the acronym "CLAS" used by Q a lot. Google searching that suggests it is an abbreviation for "classified" in government documents.

But there's also this for "CLAS":

CLAS is not only "classified" but it also is some sort of military computer database.

I think you're onto something.
