I want Goodrich. LSU can sign a QB next season.

This is insane! Since when can LSU just “sign a QB next season”? Have you been following LSU football? We’ve struggled to recruit QBs for years, and in the meantime have had star DBs marching through the program season after season and haven’t sniffed the playoffs. I don’t care if Goodrich is 10 times the player Foster is, if Nick and Jimbo think Foster is good enough for their programs, he is sure as hell good enough for LSU.
We can’t keep picking players because of recruiting ranking, we have to address needs as well - and we have no bigger need than QB. Brennan/Narcisse are no sure things, hell, Narcisse might transfer after the Spring if he thinks he’s out of the running to start. Of course we take the QB if we can, adding another DB instead is nuts.
