Yah I believe lay would have had a championzhip during 2017 season, would have should have if would have hired chip kelly as offense coordinator. He would have taken it, no doubt in my mind. But head coach it's in his interests to be on west coast. Chip Kelly knows how to use the talents of the players. I think E will do well as offense coordinator, but Kendal briles should be on speed dial if he does not
