Suicide rates are increasing with social media and technology improvements. People are growing farther apart and living in fairy tale worlds. I myself have these issues and it sucks. Suicide prevention is one of the biggest charities I work with because this is a true epidemic.

Best just to get rid of it. I deleted Instagram and changed my Twitter to essentially just be a news feed (I never Tweet myself just follow reporters).

I feel like I have more time and freedom. The only time it's a negative is when someone asks to follow you, and girls look at you like your crazy for not having one. Then they find it interesting though and that turns them on. Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.
