Perdue and Tom Cotton of Arkansas BOTH said on Friday that they "couldn't remember" whether Trump made the vulgar reference that Durbin had reported.
Now two days later, Perdue suddenly is going to change his story and say that Trump never said it.
You'll notice that although now Trump and several Republicans are denying that Trump said "shithole", no one is coming out and saying what they contend Trump actually said.
Maybe that's why their story is not believable.
