Unnecessary. Should have called the police. She didn't attack him in anyway so he's fricked on a lot of different levels. Total dumb arse. Milano's Pizza is about to shell out some big money to her. People are stupid.

Same concept as a bouncer telling a patron to GTFO and patron being a dick about it. Bar tender can use physical force to remove patron.
