Certainly a compelling argument for sure, where I give Hoodie the edge is him thriving in the salary cap/free agency era and being the GM, Joe never had to adjust much in his era and his Redskin teams remained among the cream of the crop generally, so much harder to sustain a dynasty in today's context compared to the past. Joe's still a legendary coach fasho.
