My wife has severe anxiety when it comes to presentations and speeches. She will hang out in a crowd no problem but being put on the spot destroys her. Otherwise she is a damn good employee and coworker.
Some people just can't handle public speaking.

When I have to speak in front of a large audience I use propranolol
