All great head coaches were assistants at some point. Your point is stupid. Not all head coaches are good. We know that.
Aranda appears to have everything you want in a HC. Not sure if he will be a great HC or not. No one knows. You also don't know what the fit will be like. I was convinced Les would lead us straight to hell when he was hired. I was wrong.

You are 100% correct sir. The problem is we have no one in Admin that can conduct a nation wide search.
