Yeah physically they are
But they need more mental health help more than anything. None have found healthy ways of coping with the traumatic events in their life.
When you're that big you don't eat just to eat despite what they say.
Other than medical conditions such as acromegaly, prader-willie or anything affect the pineal gland it's hard to get this big deliberately.

I always lol when it says "Dr. Now will help them if they can make the trip to Texas." IF. Dr. Now is savage.
