This! About 15% of the earth's land surface is considered a desert with another 15% almost classified as a desert. I think I read that the the process of desertification is causing 40 square miles of land per day to become desert. Much of it is occurring naturally and other is the result of deforestation, farming methods, but not CO2 levels.
The first paragraph of the article says that 25% of the earth will become a desert. Since the earth is 75% water, will all of the land become desert?
The earth is 75% water and all of the water remains in the water cycle. When one part of the world experiences a drought then another part experiences a deluge.
