Cool. Great resources As I’ve said many times on this board, I’m out of LA as soon as I get a little bit of RN experience. About a year, maybe 2 in the ER and I figure I can be marketable among travel nursing agencies.

Gonna do that for a couple years and then look to settle down somewhere. I’ve read that Nevada is pretty good in an article somewhere. I think it has something to do with no one wanting to go there, but I think their RNs are paid very well. Anyway, we like Michigan, Upstate NY, or somewhere out west.

They are always ER assignments. Your best bet on finding the better paying assignments is having either ER or ICU experience.
