This isn't accurate at the majority of public schools in LA. EBR and NO I get you have to send your kid to private school. There are some pretty good schools in much of LA regardless of what people say. The average ACT score in LA was a 19.5. That is requiring ALL students to take the ACT their Jr. year of HS. even the special ed students

That's true, we have pretty good public schools in Lafayette and if your kids gets into the gifted program they are set. Mine go to private by choice, not necessity
