I started with intermittent fasting this week again. I lift in the a.m. and eat 12pm - 8pm. So far, I’m doing okay and have been able to satiate late night cravings with hot tea. I hope I can stick with it and get results.
ETA: I take 2 doses of BCAA between my lift and lunch.
