I've gone back to 16:8, but I'm going to try two 24-hr fasts per week on Tues and Fridays to see if that has any effect. Also, going to cutback on coffee to one cup/day.

I'm on day 3 of the 16:8 IF program. I used the Lean Gains macro calculator to get my numbers, and I just can't wrap my head around consuming that many carbs on days that I work out (I'm 5'7, 200 FFS). So I'm hitting my proteins and fats, but staying way, way lower on the carb front.
I work out at lunch every day, so my eating window is 1:30-8:30. I've been taking 10G of BCAA's in the 20 minutes prior to my workout and I am drinking 2 cups of coffee sweetened with splenda in the morning.
So far, so good. The morning and evening aspect of the fast are easy for me. My problem is waking up with my 6 month old at 2:30 AM, where I typically would grab a handful of cookies or some other shitty snack that my 3 year old eats.
I'll keep everyone posted.
