You get on a routine with it after a while. I do 16:8, eat from 1-9 because I workout late usually from 5:30-7ish, have to go walk the dog, etc.
On weekends I often do break my fasting if I go out. Then I’ll get back on track Sunday.

In January I started a no carb diet and have transitioned to 16:8 in February. Much more energy going on and the only hours that are hard are around 11am or 11pm. Down 17lbs so far in 6 weeks
