We should be stacked! Can't wait to see Fehoko on the field with Rashard Lawrence and Ed Alexander or Tyler shelvin. From all the reports Fehoko was very disruptive this fall on the practice field. These guys will free up returning All American Devin White. Rounding out the backers should be ray thornton and chaisson at one OLB spot. Phillips or Taylor at the other ILB and Divinity, Anthony, or maybe even Travez Moore at other OLB spot. I've heard Travez moore is 6-6 250 and could create havoc off the edge. Secondary with Greedy back and either toliver or Jackson at other starting CB. Delpit at FS. I think we are headed places fellas. I really do! Plus this incoming class O and staff have put together. Looking over our roster and all we need is solid QB play. Everyone must play well but on paper we have the look of a playoff contender.

Well, defense isn’t the problem next year, and how long have we been saying this about QB?

Reality:

1. We are breaking in a second year QB. Probably going to be a struggle.
2. Our RBs are SEC average
3. Our WRs could be good, but they have not shown it.

I expect next year to look like the 2012 Les Miles team.

This does not make sense. That 2012 team was one of the most talented offensive teams ever.

I've always hated this line of thinking. How is it that we're gonna struggle with a QB that's already had a year to develop in the system when there's teams all over the country with freshmen QBs leading them?

Mett wasn't that good that year until the bama game. Not sure if you remember that.

Yup. Apparently LSU is the only team that ever has to replace good players. At least that's the impression you'd get reading this board

Believe it or not, Brennan got some valuable time under center and learning what to expect at the college level. If he struggles, it will be because he just isn't what we thought..not because 2nd year. Our wrs could be dynamic...and you obviously haven't saw the stats on Giles. I take satisfaction just knowing our intent is not just to run into a loaded box, and actually call plays to take advantage of what defense allows.

Just a fact. I don't waste time ripping you apart, I just simply state what you are. You can't help yourself. You dug your heels in against O, and are just a miserable, negative poster. Merry Christmas

I'll give credit where credit is due as well, and you aren't nearly as bad as justice, goldrush, and mojeaux

Defense has a chance to be historic. Best we’ve ever seen type of talent.

That is ideal when you have a new starter on offense. Will be interesting to see how they balance that with an inexperienced gunslinger behind center, a deep Oline and a running back by committee approach.

How insecure do you have to be to display this kind of paranoid, aggressive defensiveness for some guy you've presumably never even met and take any discussion of his record and results as an attack? It's straight up weird, dude. All you do is lash out at people. No one here that is an actual LSU fan wishes anything but success for O. His success = LSU's success. It's pretty simple.
