Question for Kines Majors

Has anyone taken Alex Garn for KIN 4520? I heard he sucks but I'm signed up to take his class over the summer and its 75%-99% web based, so i'm not sure if that makes a difference or not but it's worth a shot asking about him. Rate my professor was no help.

I took him about 7 years ago. I don't remember anything negative.
