I doubt she's actually innocent, I just don't think they'll be able to find her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt if they don't have any witnesses or physical evidence.

Apparently, there was a long running dispute about the dog barking. If that hadn't been happening, she would never have been arrested. Lopinto said it was text messages, but he may have been wrong about that. It might have been a Facebook feud. Whatever the case, a judge signed a warrant, so I assume there was some probable cause to search her house. If the warrant was bad, all the evidence will get tossed, which will take care of her drug charges.

Garrity says people in the school pickup line should have heard the shot, but that's bullshite too. Mom is in the car, with the a/c running, listening to the radio and talking on the phone. She's not hearing shite.

I don't think it's been determined what caliber weapon was used to shoot the dog. If it was shot with a subsonic .22, you wouldn't likely hear that. There are also ways to suppress a regular .22 that keep it pretty quiet.

One thing i don't get is the x-ray shows the bullet went straight through the top of the dog's skull and exited mouth. Now she is either a hell of a shot or that dog knew the killer to allow someone get that close for a damn near perfect shot. I seriously doubt the dog stayed still for the girl accused if its such a nuisance like the shooter claims. But who knows
