Could the reason Trump won't release the FISA warrant information be that there was nothing improper about the warrant or how it was issued

Everything Trump unnecessarily cedes weakens the Presidency. E.g., In releasing the Ukrainian transcript, Trump was forced to potentially weaken national security. Voluntary ceding of privilege diminishes the ability of future Executives to claim them.
You already knew that though.
