re: Harbor Freight

I bought the 12" sliding double bevel compound miter saw from there during one of the tent sales. The blade was garbage but I knew it would be a put a good one on. It was slightly out of square but the blade had no wobble. I just squared up the saw before I used it and made sure to check every few cuts on a speed square. I build a 8' shed, a 16' deck with it. The motor crapped out after about a year. I think I got my money's worth out of it.


Yes, the trigger clamps suck.
