Evidence is light but it does affect your livers ability to metablize certain drugs so check with your doc if you are on anything right now.

I recommend against it because:

1) there’s a good chance what you buy isn’t what the label says it is

2) slim chance it works at all

3) “herbal” stuff is usually only good for hurting kidneys.


If you want something tried and true, talk to your doc about lexapro or something like that. Probably same price with insurance and you know what it is/does

Someone’s gonna tell you that you’re a puppet of big pharma for not pushing unproven alternative medicine that interacts with other drugs.
