A liver and kidney healthy adult can have 3200 mg, or 16 ibuprofen tablets in 24 hours.

ETA pain upon biting is a hallmark sign of a crown fracture. It’s peobably deep enough into the tooth that the nerve is now angry and firing off at spontaneous times.

ETA2 I am a dentist FWIW

So if it is constant throbbing and if I bite down on it, it is much more painful, is that still sound like that?

If so what’s treatment?

alternate ibuprofen and tylenol

This....

Do 800mg of Ibuprofen. 2-3 hours later do 1G of Tylenol. Stagger them back and forth like that.

Only do this for a couple days until you can get in to see the dentist.
