re: What if an ex-president moved to another country to become a citizen

If ax ex-POTUS goes to another country within 15 years of his tenure, he should be declared an enemy of the state and taken into custody - or eliminated.

POTUS has too much info to allow the possibility of it being spread to our enemies.

Of course an ex -POTUS like Obama has probably already spilled his guts to America's enemies.
