So how does Iowa and Iowa St do it? They are mandated to play UNI. IS there a law that says LSU and Carolina play in states and UK/Louisville have to play yearly?
I mean you are going to get the extra bump from your conference. So instead of playing 2 bad teams or lower divisions play 1.
USC and UCLA have never played a FCS team, play 9 conference games, and play huge inter-sectional games with rivalries.

No, but those schools aren’t bitches like Texas and A&M. There would be blood in the streets if those games were cancelled.
And look at Iowa’s OOC schedule, that will give you your answer about the Iowa and ISU schedules. They’re absolute trash.
