The DCEU needs a show runner who does everything he can to bring out the best even if it's not the most popular source material that showcases why Superman, Batman, and the rest of the league are who they are and that's why I agree with Baloo saying that Johns needs more power.
Instead, they chose to give the keys to a talentless hack who ignores or outright butchers the source material and just plugs comic book characters into shitty action movies and disaster porn and they're paying a heavy price for that catastrophic mistake at the box office.
