It's irrelevant.


His time at Ole Miss was crucial for him because he basically did everything wrong except recruiting. Now he can look back and see all the mistakes he made and not repeat them. He is a better coach now because of his past failures.

He's already repeated mistakes, most specifically micromanaging coaches on issues in which he has no expertise.
