He doesn't know what he's talking about. If have guessed it was around 4.5% and mostly in Omaha like I said earlier...even further than that....I bet 90% of that 4.5% lives in North Omaha. And 90% of the Hispanics live in South Omaha. Middle class Caucasians in central to West Omaha...and upper class Caucasians West Omaha...let's not forget the lower class white population across the river in council bluffs Iowa...
