threw it in the coolers. locked them, hid coolers in truck bed with locked b3d cover.

I thought about doing that (hunt in AR and travel through MS to get home to NOLA), but we just deboned them at camp this year. It's not that hard, it saves space in the cooler and gives you a head start on processing.
I will miss my bone in roast and my woman was disappointed because she likes making bone broth soup. It's better than getting a ticket or spreading a problem around.
