I personally loved this episode. Thought the dialogue between Father Gabriel and Negan was great. Glad we are learning more about and humanizing Negan. Love how the bad guys all depends on what side you're on.
This show has really done a poor job of making Rick and his crew the good guys. While Negan is by no means a "good guy," he's reasonable and honest of the situation. People work and people protect. That's their roles and if you don't do one or the other, you don't get anything. Makes sense.
And it's absolutely true what he said. Rick got Abraham and Glenn killed. Well, maybe Daryl got Glenn killed, but Negan would not have did what he did had they not went on the offensive and killed his crew.
Anyway, I'm getting off topic, but I did enjoy this episode and interested to see if there is a double-cross with Eugene.
