My wife and I have two dogs, both around 35 pounds. We live in a duplex house in Dallas and our neighbor has a dog that’s about 45 pounds. He is pretty standoffish in general and never lets his dog out in the backyard while we are out there. Today, we found out why.

My wife was letting our dogs piss before we left the house to go take care of things for today. I heard screams and ran outside to find the neighbors dog have one of my dogs pinned to the ground by the throat. I’ve seen dogs wrestle before, but nothing like this. That dog was trying to kill mine. His idiot girlfriend let the dog into the backyard without checking. Me, my wife, and neighbor finally were able to pull the dogs apart. My dog shite on me because she was so scared and my wife got some bites on her hand. Neighbors hand was pretty fricked up from ripping his dog off.

Neighbor has offered to cover all vet and medical costs. I’m still furious. What’s my next move, baws?

TL;DR - Neighbor is banging an idiot woman with a POS dog that got out.

Animals are going to do shite like that. It sounds like your neighbor went out of his way to make it right. What else do you want? A million dollars?
