I don't know but if you were trying to fake it, you wouldn't put the date twice either so...

What about any of the lefts actuons makes you think they think about anything before they do it, and then think rationally? For Christ’s sake, the left thinks there are more than 2 genders and Bruce Jenner is woman of the year.

I could see this if it said "Happy 4th of July".
6-7 months late goes a little bit beyond "not on time".
