I am not a fan of PRP. In residency I trained under some guys that used it a lot, and I never saw any real benefit. The medical journals are very inconclusive when it comes to the efficacy. To top it off, it is very expensive. I don't like to make broad generalizations, but the majority of physicians I know who use it regularly tend to be very aggressive billers, to put it nicely.

Warner Ortho in BR states on their website that it's $200-$400. I'm waiting for a call back to get an exact price, but my PT is not a fan of Warner
