No, you can’t walk through a supermarket without seeing someone that’s damn stupid, not everyone needs to have guns. How do you narrow those people out though and then keep them from illegally obtaining weapons

We’ve had an armed society since we beacame a nation. These shootings are a recent development. What’s changed? The people have changed. That’s the root of the problem.

We already have laws that prohibit those who are “hard wired for violence” from owning guns. You can’t have a gun if you’re a felon, violent offender, etc. Restricting law abiding citizens’ ability to own, possess, and carry firearms won’t achieve safe communities.
