We both know we can't put much stock in spring Lou or Tyler White would be starting at 1B for the Astros. Velasquez has great stuff and nothing to lose in the spring. If he can take the walk rate he is playing with now into the regular season, then yea. But as i said, he has nothing to lose right now, and 7 IP really can't tell us much. Pivetta, same thing. Good stuff no command.

Eickhoff (7.36 ERA this spring btw) plays off a 90mph fastball is a fine SP4 or 5. But Nola is more of a 2 and Arrieta is more of a 3 these days. Still no ace and missing 2 more quality arms in that rotation.
