I had my own business for over 30 years boy. I dealt with unions in 2 of my locations. I didn't have any troubles with any of my people. Those 2 cities we consistently in the top 5 in terms of profits and customer service ratings. I kept an open mind when they joined the union and it worked.
Closing a profitable business just because you don't like unions makes no sense. At all.
