There are a few spots which are resisting the 'refugee' poz. Mostly, it's the former Soviet bloc, but I think the Med countries are getting tired of boatloads of random fricks landing on their shores. The former Soviets haven't really had to experience that, but they were so scarred by Stalinist repression of national identity that they were made into arch-conservatives, at least culturally.
