10% of income, yes, but not just the church. Consistent amount each month and special offerings as they arise.

we give to a bunch of things in addition to our church. I have been feeling more and more like the baseline should be 10% to church and other giving on top. My problem is my employer matches the first 10k but not for churches so I prefer to give to organizations that can get a match.
