Louisiana needs to work on their stance against "online gambling" and sports books first. That to me is a bigger crock of shite than having to be over water.

Actually, the placing of wagers in a casino in the US is technically "gaming" and not "gambling."
Some OT attorneys can spell out the difference, but it is the same to you and me.
Some where there is a federal statue outlawing gambling, but if you call it gaming it is different. Hence the reason why the state board in Louisiana is called the "Louisiana Gaming Control Board."
