Mornings included, nice to be able to shower, have coffee, and get ready to go before the kids are up.
I'm not criticizing your choice to stay off site to be in a bigger place. I'm telling you that your advice is shite.

Everywhere but MK you can park and walk right into the park very easily, short walk. MK is obviously a pain to park and ride double transportation.
You can't pretend that you don't lose convenience by staying offsite. This is what I'm talking about. I don't care they you like to stay in some hotel/condo/house not on disney property. It works for you and that's great. You don't have to convince me. But pretending that things are just as easy as if you're on site is disingenuous. It's like you are trying to convince yourself.

do the DVC multiple times a year
False. I've been often yes, but we go on different vacations as well. And I've also done disney cheaply, staying at (then) Dixie Landing where we brought our own food and drove. There was 6 of us for 5 nights. No one had a bad time or didn't enjoy themselves.

staying off site is not near the hassle people like to say it is and it will save you $100s a day. I go to Disney on average 1.5 times a year as I live in Florida, I've been there and done that.
And staying on site isn't nearly as expensive as you are making it out to be. I'm not calling offsite a "hassle." I'm saying there are things that make is less convenient. Add on top of that how poorly you plan things, or at least explain how you plan things, and you come across as someone who doesn't know what he's talking about.
