Yeah that's not a strike.

I never understood why Keuchel is given 2-3 inches off the plate. He throws the least amount of strikes in baseball.

It's the equivalent of umpires expanding the zone on a 3-0 count.

He's like the modern-day Tom Glavine.

It usually isn't this bad. He usually lives a bit tighter to the plate, but if he can hit that spot then it's going to be a tough night, for both sides.

He's given it because he throws consistently on corners and shown he can spot any pitch

Umps are human they see it all night in one spot so you move it an inch it's still a strike
Auto zones would be bad because you can mannipulate the zone by standing crouch etc
