I relayed that to her:
-225K max
-no more than 8 miles form work (biking distance)
- Decent kitchen (future wife wants that)
- nice back yard for Bbq in summer.
-Decent neighborhood
not to be rude but you're going to need to spend close to 300+ to get that in MN close to the TC
