I just got off the phone with directv.
I got the entertainment package with uverse internet. It will be $85 per month plus tax. No equipment fees or anything else. 4 TV's with HD DVR. They also offered me a $200 prepaid debit card. They will not be able to install until next week, and my last day for PS VUE is tomorrow, but I will have access to streaming through the DirecTV app.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the package I got. One of the only problems I had with streaming over the past 4 years was the occasional buffering, and the time it takes to switch between games

If uverse internet were worth a damn on my street I'd consider that but it's like 18 Mbps so Cox is the only choice.
