Cord cutting actually does hurt the broadcast channels. I would venture to guess that MANY of the people who just say "no more" to cable don't realize that they can still get the network channels for free and even fewer still probably go out and get an antenna, even as cheap and easy as they are now. I think most of those people just hook up the roku/fire tv and are content with netflix/hulu/etc...

hulu, sling fubo...local fox affiliate is on every single one with live tv. cord cutting isn't a be all excuse for espn because espn is available on these platforms.

nfl has problems, and it's not due to external factors outside of their control.
