I really don't feel like getting into gotcha games over semantics. His original issue has as some validity, though there is no evidence a disproportionate # of blacks are killed/arrested by police compared to crimes committed.

His rhetoric was inflammatory and counter productive. He seems clearly influenced by his radical gf and most radicals just spout nonsensical stuff about broad issues without specifics which makes it hard to solve the problem. I suspect I'm many cases they don't want to work on solving certain problems they just want to be "activists".
