I’m losing weight now. Was in a hotel and came out of the shower in front of the big mirror. Looked at myself and said “ Damn you are fat. I would not frick somebody with a gut like that “. On the Ideal Protein Diet. Pounds are coming off. Never hungry or uncomfortable. This is not an advertisement.
