It says timberline HD archt in the quote for the shingles. Can i negotiate a little to try and get it down some or is it pretty set once i get a quote?

99% sure those are lifetime shingles. Ask him if he's GAF Factory Certified installer for them. Here's a list of Approved Florida Installers
Also, he's quoting you at $390 a square, ($20,000/51 squares) give or take a buck or two, I don't find that to be high.
